About Ryan Clifton

Ryan Clifton is the Vice President of Engineering for Attention Ventures, manages site development and strategy for all the Attention Ventures sites. Ryan has over 12 years of experience with Internet software development.

He has worked on large software development and architecture projects, server and network architecture, database architecture, design, tuning as well as business intelligence and reporting projects. Ryan began working as an individual contributor on network monitoring system for Nortel Networks and his most recent previous position was the CTO of a major online content and retail network.

Ryan joined Attention Ventures to work with the co-founders, Christian Hunter and Tom Adams, and the team they have built. The executive team and the challenge of managing the development of so many exciting and successful companies proved to be a perfect environment.

A role model that Ryan draws inspiration from is Steve Jobs for his ability to inspire greatness, demand perfection, and create highly useable, innovative and beautiful products.

Ryan is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.
